Description:
Deliveryman was hit on the head and neck by a garage door activated by an employee of Ronal Products, Inc. He was attempting to determine how to get around a truck parked in the area. He sustained herniated cervical and lumbar discs as a result of the mishap that resulted in surgery.


Defendant claimed that Davidson was attempting to duck under the door was it was being lowered.
