Description:

Bus accident that occurred when the driver of a tour bus lost control of the bus in route to Atlantic City from New York City. Sharon German, age 59 and a legal secretary, was ejected from the bus after it turned on its veered off of the road, flipped over and slid down an embankment. She was suffered multiple head (brain damage) and leg injuries that left her unable to walk without a walker.

Outcome:

Settled for $3.7 million.
