Description:

Dawn Bearce sued Richard Taylor claiming that he created a hostile work environment for her when she worked for him when the was the Chief of Police in Hamilton, New Jersey. Bearce, age 45, worked for Taylor, age 65, for ten years and still works for the City. Bearce claimed that Taylor tried to kiss her at work, would make obscene gestures with his tongue, left sexually explicit messages on her home answering machine and tried to grope her inside his office closet.

Taylor denied the allegations made by the Plaintiff.
