Description:
Civil rights claim relating to hostile work environment conditions and wrongful termination by deaf auto body shop employee who, after 25 years of works at the shop, was fired by the new owners of the shop. After the new owners took over the business, Bayous' superiors began to harass him about his disability and age. The claimed that Paul Branning, the new owner, joined in the game and eventually put him in a job position in an effort to force his to quit. When he suggested that a vehicle that had been brought to the shop for repairs was not repairable, he was fired.
