Description:
Former Springfield police officer John Brock sued the City of Springfield, Massachusetts on wrongful termination hostile work environment sexual harassment theory claiming that doctored photographs with his head superimposed over a woman in a bikini were posted at police headquarters. Brock claimed that despite repeated complaints by him to his superiors and to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in 2004, nothing was done to protect him from the continue harassment. He began to worry that he was an outcast in the department and that he might not get appropriate backup in dangerous situations.
