Description:
Carol Barszcz sued Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. and Glenn Depot on hostile work environment (sexual harassment) and relation theories after the complained that she was being sexually harassed. Barszcz worked at the company full-time for 14-years when it was Eastern Container, which was bought by Smurfit-Stone.
