Jeffrey Catalano has been invited to speak on a variety of topics related to litigation and trial strategy including for the Massachusetts Bar Association, Suffolk University Law School, and on television. He is a regular panelist for the Massachusetts Bar Association on the topic of trial practice. He also lectured at the SEAK Expert Witness Conference on Cape Cod regarding Cross-Examination before 350 experts of all different specialties from across the nation. He has also published on topics related to discovery practice and procedure. Mr. Catalano serves on Executive Board Committees for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is on the Board of Directors for the non-profit law firm Health Law Advocates, Inc., where his pro bono work includes patient advocacy and representing chronically ill and impoverished people who are denied access to health care services. He also founded the Public Interest Law Project of Boston, a non-profit organization providing grants and education to law students pursuing internships working for those unable to afford legal representation.
