Chris Flanagin is a native of Forrest City, Arkansas, and has practiced law in Eureka Springs and Northwest Arkansas for the past 10 years. He began as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the Third Judicial District in Newport, Arkansas. In 2002, Chris became a deputy prosecuting attorney in the 19th East Judicial District in Eureka Springs and Berryville. During his time as deputy prosecutor, Chris prosecuted hundreds of felony cases and obtained convictions in numerous jury and bench trials.

For the last six years, Chris has worked in private practice with Greg Thurman and focused his practice primarily on criminal defense and personal injury work. He has defended hundreds of clients in misdemeanor and felony cases, including many felony drug and DWI cases. He has obtained many successful dismissals and acquittals in criminal cases, and recovered money damages for many people who have been injured in accidents when otherwise the person would not have the ability to pursue the legal action.
