Description:
Moscow, Idaho criminal defense lawyers represented Bryan Kohberger who was charged with one count of burglary and four counts of murder.



Investigators have said that the murders happened sometime around 4 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2022. The victims — Ms. Goncalves, 21; Madison Mogen, 21; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Ethan Chapin, 20 — had spent a typical Saturday night out near the university campus and returned to the house in the early hours of Sunday.



The State claimed that it identified the Defendant from DNA found on a knife sheath recovered from the crime schene.
Outcome:
It is being reported that the Defendant will plead guilty if the death penalty is withdrawn by the State.



Kohberger will be sentenced to life in prison without parole.
