Plaintiff claimed that Donna Shook, was a patient of all the Defendants at Saint Francis Hospital for a total hip replacement on April 10, 2024. He claimed tht Dr. Ryan Gursky, DO, "transected" the "superficial femoral artery" and the "profunda femoral view" compromising the circulation to Mrs. Shook's leg. Ryan Gursky, D.O. was an employee of Tulsa Bone & Joint Associates and the agent and servant of Warren Clinic, Inc., Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. and SFHS and was, according to the Plaintiff, negligent and violated the standard of care. Mrs. Shook was taken to surgery on April 11, 2024 but died on April 1, 2024, from septic/toxic shock and renal failure.
The Defendants denied wrongdoing.
