Plaintiff found a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu for sale on Facebook. Rudy Ray Rockett confirmed that the vehicle was a "very nice beautiful car without only 46,000 miles on it and had a "factroy warranty" on it.
Mr. Godfrey paid $3,000 with the rest to be financed by Americredit. The sale price was $11,995.00.
Plaintiff claimed that Auto Plaza falsely informed her that every car it sold had to have an additional warranty added in order to qualify for financing.
Driving home the bumper came off of the car and damage to the care caused the trunk to leak and the back door would not open properly.
The car had, in fact, been wrecked.
