Destiney Marie Jaetzold, individually and on behalf of H.J., minor, claiming that she was treated for gestational hypertenion and protein in her urine by defendants in 2016.
She claimed that labor was induced on May 27, 2016, at Hillcrest using a Foley bulb and Pitocin.
Plaintiff further claimed that she had no prior relationship with the attending physicians who used vaccum-assited delivery which result in her daughter Henly suffering "shoulder dystocia."
Henley was diagnosed with right brachial plexus and suffers from permanent right arm brachial plexus.
The Defendants denied fault and claimed that shoulder dystocia is a know complication of labor and delivery.
