Plaintiff alleged that Jaelyn Crandell, an infant at the time, was admitted to Defendant Cushing Regional Hospital with a fever, cough and vomiting on Januayr 30, 2011, where Defendants Dr. Blackstad, Dr. Kimmel and Cushing Regional assumed her care. On January 31, 2011, Defendant Eaglemed was contacted to transfer Jaelyn to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Plaintiff claimed that the Defendants were negligence in their care and treatment of Jaelyn Crandell and that suffered personal injuries as a direct result.
