5/1/2011- Plff, male age 40, bartender and longshoreman. Plff was riding his motorcycle on SR 104 near Port Gamble, Washington. Plff contended he was stopped with his left turn signal on waiting for oncoming traffic to clear before turning let at an uncontrolled intersection, when his motorcycle was struck from the rear by the Def.’s vehicle at approximately 40 mph.
