Description:
Roanoke, Virginia criminal law lawyer represented Defendant charged with involuntary manslaughter and two counts of felony child neglect.



Ieirra Shanae Poindexter, age 31, was abused by Carlos Andre Jones, who died September 16, 2020, at age 29, when he was shot by her 10-year-old son.



The couple reportedly were engaged in a day long dispute before the victim was killed by the child.



Assistant Commonwealth Attorney Nathaniel Griffith represented the Commonwealth.
