Dallas, TX - Robert Maestas and Juanita Maestas sued Florichel Viktorovich Paladiy, Florichel Viktorovich Paladiy, Pilgrim Transportation, Inc., Trico Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Dancer Logistics, Inc. on personal injury, auto negligence and respondeat superior theories claiming to have been injured and/or damaged in a car truck wreck.
Outcome:
Motion to Dismiss. Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 79). Plaintiffs seek to voluntarily dismiss this case pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2) because they have resolved the issues complained of in the complaint. Having reviewed Plaintiffs request, the Court finds that it should be and is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED with prejudice.
