Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, as amended, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant, Blake Dalton Sidney Cook, in 7:23-CR-00001-O(1), is hereby committed to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons for a period of FIFTY-SEVEN (57) months. This sentence shall run consecutively to any future probation revocation which may be imposed in Case No. CCL2-CR2021-0573, Wichita County Court at Law No. 2; and Case No. DC89-CR2021-1249, 89th Judicial District Court, Wichita County, which are not related to the instant offense. The Court did not order a fine because the defendant does not have the financial resources or future earning capacity to pay a fine. It is further ordered that the defendant pay a special assessment of $100. Supervised Release is Ordered for a term of THREE (3) years. The Court recommends to the BOP that the defendant be allowed to participate in the Residential Drug Treatment Program, if eligible. The Court makes a non-binding recommendation to the BOP that Defendant, if appropriately classified, be allowed to serve his term of imprisonment as near as geographically possible to an FCI facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Upon Motion of the government, all remaining Counts are dismissed, as to this defendant only. The Defendant is remanded to the custody of the US Marshal.
