Description:
Tulsa, Oklahoma criminal defense lawyers represent the Defendants charged with : Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, in violation of 21 USC 841.

Rohan Oriley Roye, 34, of New York City, and Andrew Joseph Hudson, 36, of New Rochelle, New York, were stopped by a Tulsa County Sheriff's Office deputy for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, a Tulsa Police K9 conducted an open-air sniff of the van's exterior. The K9 alerted its handler several times. During a search of the van, deputies found a large duffle bag that Hudson was using as a pillow. Inside the duffle bag were six tightly wrapped “bricks”, consistent with packaging used to transport narcotics. Deputies additionally found rubber-banded bundles of cash and contacted an agent with the DEA. Court documents show that a field test showed positive results for cocaine HCL. The package weight of the cocaine was approximately 50 pounds, with a street value up to $650,000.
