Jennifer Canales, age 31, and Ali Bashir Milad, age 33, both of Tulsa, were arrested on January 28, 2021 when Tulsa police officers executed a search warrant on Caneles' residence. The Drug Enforcement Administration and Tulsa Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Joel-lyn A. McCormick prosecuted the case.
