Medical malpractice claim by the parents of a baby girl born in Long Island, New York in 1997 with severe neurological and physical problems. The plaintiffs claimed that Dr. Wagner acted below the standard of care and was negligent in failing to deliver the baby after the mother reported a decrease in fetal movement.
