Description:
43-year-old psychiatric patient jumped out of a third floor window after her anti-psychotic medications were discontinued because she was drinking. She claimed that the drugs were negligently withdrawn and that the Mental Health Association in Albany, New York failed to properly monitor her after the withdrawal of the medications. She was rendered a paraplegic as a result of the attempted suicide.
