Issac Mendez claimed that he lost the Pick 6 lottery ticket that he bought at the Sunshine Grocery in Hoboken on Sept. 16, 2002 on a bus. After the ticket was selected as the winning ticket, Maribel and Reynaldo Torres presented the ticket. Mendez sued for the Torres and the New Jersey Lottery Commission for the money.
