Camden, New Jersey criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with sexual assault, invasion of privacy, witness tampering, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Adam Natal, 52, was found guilty of 56 counts of second-degree Sexual Assault on October 9,
2024. He was also convicted of one count of third-degree Aggravated Assault, one count of
third-degree Aggravated Assault on a Victim of Domestic Violence, two counts of third-degree
Invasion of Privacy, one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and two
counts of third-degree Witness Tampering. The verdict was returned after a nine-day jury trial in
Camden County Superior Court.
The victim – who is now 75 years old – testified at trial that the assaults were ongoing from
November 2017 until March 2022, when video evidence was brought to the Pine Hill Police
Department. The crimes occurred at the defendant's Pine Hill home. The Pine Hill Police
Department arrested Natal at his residence on March 14, 2022.
The aggregate sentence of 157 years includes a requirement for 150 years to be subject to the No
Early Release Act (NERA).
The State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Anna Trenga of the Camden County
Prosecutor's Office. The case was investigated by Detective Kaitlin Sell of the Camden County
Prosecutor's Office and Sgt. Eric Davies and Detective Justin DiGiacomo of the Pine Hill Police
Department.
