Dr. Saad Saad, age 75, was charged by the State of New Jersey with of criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.



The alleged victim testified that Dr. Saad her crotch and cupped her breast during an examination in his office on May 1, 2017, when she was 17 years old.



Christine Williams, also was in the room and testified she saw the surgeon do nothing inappropriate.



Defendant took the stand and testified on his own behalf. Has been the only pediatric surgeon in the area from the Driscoll Bridge to Cape May and that he had treated between 50,000 and 60,000 patients from newborns up to the age of 18 during his career.
