Personal Injury - Plaintiff was returning a video tape she had rented days before from defendant's store. When she existed the car to put the video tape in the outside drop box, she stepped into a pavement hole causing plaintiff to fall and sustain injuries. Plaintiff incurred medical bills in the amount of $3,122.70 and lost income of $24,480.
