Hospital on a negligence theory claiming injuries and damages for
her wrongful death after the the 84-year-old woman fell from
a hospital window and was killed. Plaintiffs claimed that their mother put a blanket over her shoulders and her dentures in and attempted to
leave the hospital stepping out of the window. Her body was
found outside the hospital window curled up with the
blanket wrapped around her feet.
The defenses asserted by the hospital are not available.
