This case is STAYED as to the claims against Credit Acceptance until the resolution of the arbitration. The Clerk is directed to PROCEDURALLY CLOSE this case in light of the Parties' Consent Motion. The Parties shall file a notice on the docket within thirty (30) days of the resolution of the arbitration.
