Justin Dalcollo, age 37, was charged with abduction, sexual assault and armed robbery of a female college student in March 2019 for attacking a female college student in March 2019. Dalcollo approached the woman who was home on spring break into her car. He forced her to withdraw $300 from her bank account and then forced her to park her car in a parking garage when he sexually assaulted her. He eventually forced her to call a cab to take him to a train station. She immediately went to a hospital and notified the police.
