The State of Oklahoma charged Robbie Patton, age 19, with first-degree murder and three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm for shooting and killing George Korchev, age 22, and wounding Erik Lasaine, Robert Shepard and Moses Lopez on September 25, 2016.
The shooting was the Defendant's response to seeing a friend beaten.
