Savannah, GA - Jury Convicts Man On Murder Charge
The State of Georgia charged Kevin Palmer with felony murder, aggravated assult with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, concealing the dath of another, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of controlled substance of hashish in conjunction with killing 22-year-old William Whitsett of Spruce Pine, N.C. by shooing him five times with a .22 caliber pistol on or about December 23, 2014.
Palmer pled not guilty.
