Description:
Becky McClain sued Pfizer, Inc. claiming that Pfizer interfered with her right of free speech and retaliated against her for claiming that she was infected with an experimental viruse while working at Pfizer's Groton Laboratories. She also claimed that Pfizer engaged in willful and wanton misconduct in exposing her to a dangerous work environment that led to health problems, including bouts of temporary paralysis.
