Breckenridge, CO - The State of Colorado charged with first-degree kidnapping, resulting in serious bodily injury; attempted second-degree murder, resulting in serious bodily injury; conspiracy to commit first-degree kidnapping, resulting in serious bodily injury; second-degree kidnapping; first-degree assault, not acting in self defense, nor the heat of passion; conspiracy to commit second-degree kidnapping; menacing, with the use of a deadly weapon, and not in self-defense; and reckless endangerment as a result of luring Jadon Jellis to an isolated mountain area where he immobilized Jellis with a stun gun and then attached him with a sword.
