Plaintiff suffered several broken leg comes, left leg nerve damage, a left-foot de-gloving injury, and a broken shoulder. Plaintiff's medical exceeded $200,000. He was employed as a city maintenance worker and was earning about $3,300 per month at the time of the accident.
