Laressia Carr v. Washington Mutual

Laressia Carr sued Washington Mutual on an employment discrimination theory
for refusing to help her cope with the post-traumatic stress
disorder that she developed after being threatened with a
gun during a back robbery at her employer's bank where she
worked. She claimed that she became disabled from the
emotional trauma that she suffered and that Defendant failed
to engage in the interactive process and failed to provide
her a reasonable accommodation. Doctors who treated her
recommended that she stop working in a job where she tendered
money to the public. She asked to be placed in a loan
serve agent position where she would not have to re-live the
robbery during which she was threatened.

Washington Mutual denied wrongdoing.
