Phoenix, Arizona, criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with public sexual indecency to a minor, furnishing obscene or harmful items to minors, molestation of a child, and five counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

In 2022, Cepeda committed crimes that involved oral, penile, vaginal, and masturbatory conduct with four children under the age of fifteen. After the events occurred, the children reported the crimes to their mothers. The police were informed of the crimes and three of the children completed forensic interviews describing the details of the crimes.
