Description:

The victim, age 47, testified that she had dated the Defendant off and on for about five years but had broken off the relationship for good when he showed up at her apartment on November 27, 2011. She claimed that the Defendant punched her, raped her choked her and was about to sodomized her when a police office showed up at her front door.



The Defendant denied that the raped the prosecutrix and claimed that he had many contacts with her after the alleged rape.
