Description:

San Francisco, California criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with possession of narcotics.

Defendant Elder Doblado-Garcia was charged with narcotics offenses and pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact (Pen. Code, § 32).[1]He was placed on probation. On appeal, he contends (1) the denial of his motions to suppress evidence (§ 1538.5) and to set aside the information (§ 995) were in error, and (2) the minute order of the sentencing hearing should be corrected to reflect his conduct credits.
