Description: Automobile accident. On June 23, 1998, the subject accident occurred in the intersection of SW 4th and Broadway in Moore, Oklahoma, when Defendant's ambulance entered the intersection against a red light and struck the Plaintiff's truck. Plaintiff required chiropractic care and right shoulder surgery. His medical bills totalled approximately $21,000.00. Defendant denied liability.

Outcome: The jury returned a verdict in favor of the Plaintiff(Plaintiff's contributory negligence 25%, Defendant's negligence, 75%) in the amount of $115,000.00.
