Description: Automobile accident - Accident occured in an intersection under the control of a flagperson. Plaintiff's were hit from the driver's side as they attempted a left turn through the intersection. Plaintiffs alleged the Defendant was negligent in entering the intersection and causing the collision. Defendant denied Plaintiffs' allegations and asserted defenses of contributory negligence against both plaintiffs, as well as alleging the negligence of the non-party flagperson in controlling traffic at the time of the accident.
Plaintiffs suffered soft tissue injuries and recieved chiropractic care. Defendant denied the extent of Plaintiffs' injuries and necessity of treatment.
Two day trial by jury of twelve.
Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $30,000.00
