Description: Norman, OK: Personal injury wrongful death car wreck lawyer represented Plaintiff, individually and as parents and next friends of Westlyn Overstreet and Berkley Overstgreet, deceased, who sued Defendant on an auto negligence theory claiming to have suffered more than $10,000 in injuries and/or damages as a direct result of Defendants failure to exercise due care in the operation of an automobile.

On November 20, 2020, Defendant Cuilian A. Martinez was operating a motor vehicle and stopped on Pebble Creek Drive, facing North in the Southbound Lane in Moore, Oklahoma. The Defendant started from a stopped position, entered the Northbound Lane of Pebble Creek Drive, and caused a collision with the vehicle being operated by Plaintiff, Tiffani D. Overstreet. Westlyn Oversstreet and Berkley Overstreet were passengers in the car. Berkley was killed.

Outcome: Court approved settlement for $50,000.00.
