On April 2, 2018, Bedlam and Drytect entered into an Agreement for Coating pursuant to which Drytect agreed to prep, prime and appliy acrylic coating on the roofs of four building for $36,038.70. The work performed by Drytect failed the manufacturer's product application inspection. Plaintiff claimed $10,000 in damages.
