Oklahoma City, OK - Crabtree, each individually and as surviving children of Gary A. Crabtree, decedent, Plaintiffs, sued 1) HCA Health Services Of Oklahoma, Inc, d/b/a OU Medical Center; 2) Ma. Elena Absalon Gicole R.N., individually and
as an agent and/or employee of HCA Health Services, Inc. d/b/a OU Medical Center; and 3) Director Of Nursing, individually and as an Agent and/or employee of HCA Health Services, Inc., d/b/a OU Medical Center:
Defendants on medical malpractice theories.

Plaintiffs claimed that Gary A. Crabtree wsa a patient at HCA Heath Services, Inc. d/b/a OU Medical Center on May 27, 2014. While a patient, Crabtree complained of defficulty breathing and shortness of breath and was given a breathing treatment on May 30, 2014. Shortly thereafter he was found unresponsive on the floor in the bathroom in his room. The autopsy report said that he died from asphyxiation from the contents of his stomach. Plaintiffs claimed that Crabtree received substandard care.
