Plaintiff further alleged that Defendant, as a trusted employee, owed a duty of loyalty, care, trust and good faith to it and agreed to act in the best interest of it but failed to do so by committing acts of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty that she owed to Plaintiff.

Defendant failed to answer.
