Description: Ronnie Rodgers and Sheree sued Home First, Inc., Schwarz Ready Mix, Inc. and Gerald Medlin on fraud theories relating to the construction of Plaintiffs' home at 4505 Texoma Place, Olahoma City, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
First Home functioned as the general contractor and had ultimate responsibility for completing the structure in a proper form. It contract with Gerald Medlin to install, construct, form and cure the stem wall.

After moving into their home, Plaintiffs discovered that the concrete used to form the stem wall was deteriorating, flaking and falling apart. It was discovered that too much water was added to the concrete. They claimed $491,400 in damages.

Outcome: Judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Home First, Inc. in the amount of $491,400.
