Description: Lisa Brown and Bruce Brown sued Gwendoly Barton and State Farm Insurance Company on auto negligence theories. Plaintiffs claimed that on July 21, 2008 on Robinson Street in Norman, Oklahoma, Gwendolyn Barton failed to exercise due care in the operation of her automobile and, as a direct result, Lisa Brown as injured as a result of a collision. Bruce Brown claimed that he lost the care, comfort and consortium of his wife as a result of Defendant's negligence.
