Description: Newton Roberts sued Oklahoma Surety and Messer Bowers Company on auto negligence and uninsured motorist theories claiming claiming that on January 12, 2004 he was severely injured by an uninsured motor vehicle operated by Ronald Sinnett. Plaintiff sought compensation for his injuries from Oklahoma Surety Company as a named insured on the policy.
Defendant admitted some but not all of the allegations made by Plaintiff and denied liability.
