Description: Harvey Privett sued Peak Medical Oklahoma No. 4, Inc. d/b/a South Park Healthcare Center on negligence theory for the wrongful death of Winnie Orr. Plaintiff claimed that Defendants provided substandard nursing care to Winnie Orr while she was a resident at South Park Nealthcare Center. Plaintiff also claimed that Defendant violated the rights of Ms. Orr as set forth in the Oklahoma Nursing Home Act and, as a direct result, Mrs. Orr was harmed. Plaintiff claimed the right to collect damages for the wrongful death of Ms. Orr pursuant to the Oklahoma Wrongful Death Statute 12 O.S. 1053. Plaintiff additional sought to pierce the corporate veils of the Defendants
