Description: Leslie Lee, Matthew Lee and Sara Gaylon sued Brandon Clonch, Texoma Moving, LLC, Bryan Downs, Budget Truck trental, and National Fire & Marine insurance Company on an auto negligence theory. Plaintiffs claimed that Brandon Clonch failed to exercise due care in the operation of the truck that he was driving and, as a rediect result, he hit a vehicle that was parked on the side of the road behind a vehicle operated by Leslie Lee, who was standing behind her vehicl and a vehicle driven by her husband. Clonch hit Mr. Lee's vehicle which moved forward pinning Mrs. Lee between the Lee vehicles seriously injuring her.
Defendants denied fault and claimed that the sole cause of the accident was the Lees.
Outcome: Defendant's verdict.
