The Defendant was charged by way of a felony information with one count of lewd molestation. His 14 year old stepdaughter accused him of fondling her breasts and private areas at their home in Adair in December, 2002. The State presented the alleged victim and one corroborating witness which was her 13 year old sister who claimed she saw the event. The Defendant did not testify.

Outcome: Not Guilty.
