he Indictment alleged that on August 26, 2019, the defendant, having been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, and knowing of said conviction, knowingly possessed in and affecting commerce, a firearm which had been shipped and transported in interstate commerce.

First Assistant United States Attorney Christopher Wilson represented the United States at the sentencing hearing.
